....completely delighted with such a fantastic result! Please pass our thanks on to all the builders at Landmark. They promised us at the beginning of the build two outstanding dwellings and this is absolutely true. The wow factor is most certainly there...we love the bathroom mirror light sensor switches… The detail of the finishes in all the rooms is fabulous, and to make the roof rooms ’work’ is pure genius! A huge thank you again we love the houses!

Landmark carried out major refurbishment works on several apartments in an exclusive block in Central London, as part of a project I was managing on behalf of the Landlord. I found them to be professional, reliable and diligent. Each project was delivered on time and to budget, and to the high standards desired, particularly in respect of the finishing work and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to future clients.

……..It was tricky job because there were other flats above and party wall issues on either side. During the work, a number of unexpected problems arose with the structure of the original building itself…… These issues were handled very well. The problems were explained and sensible suggestions made to deal with them…. …..The on site supervision was excellent throughout. The neighbours were handled sensitively. Regular meetings were held to discuss the work and people turned up to do things when they said they would. The standard of work was high. I would have no hesitation in asking Peter to quote on any similar future project.

We are delighted with the final result. LPB Services worked closely with our architect, and also project managed a number of our own contractors (kitchen, windows, wardrobes, fireplace) thereby ensuring that the project ran smoothly with minimal stress for us…….. Their service was always accommodating, friendly, trustworthy and considerate. We will be using LBP Services for future projects and would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.
